SOCIAL MEDIA INtern - Facebook
As our YogiLab Facebook Specialist, your main objective will be to build our online digital Facebook community while increasing engagement and participation in the many upcoming YogiLab experiments.
You'll maintain the YogiLab voice and interact with the community, motivating them to reach their goals as well as affirming their belonging to a group of like-minded personal development, social entrepreneurial enthusiasts.
As our Social Media Specialist, you will provide a premium and motivational experience by monitoring and responding to inbound social media messages from multiple channels and categories. Your goal will be to innovate and look for opportunities to inspire our followers to uplevel their lives. You'll maintain the YogiLab voice and interact with the community, motivating them to reach their goals as well as affirming their belonging to a group of like-minded individuals and inspire engagement with Digital Marketing initiatives.
You'll provide the management team with insights gained from direct communication with followers and social media spaces, offering feedback related to key contact drivers, hot topics, products, influencers, website information, issues and trends. You'll participate in the development of new strategies aimed at increasing engagement, fostering community and maintaining a positive community sentiment for YogiLab. You'll work with YogiLab’s cross-functional team providing insight and feedback about their respective consumer communities.
You'll work with new systems and tools and will seek ways to improve efficiency and create seamless experiences for members engaged with YogiLab. You'll use effective written and verbal communication skills applying sound judgment and business decisions in servicing the community. You will have a primary category or area of focus while maintaining an up-to-date understanding of YogiLab, marketing initiatives and events. In addition, you'll utilize systems and other support tools to ensure accurate responses to consumer inquiries.

WHAT YOU’ll DO
Work closely with creative team to deliver daily reporting on Facebook account performance.
Work with Photographer, Videographers, creatives and influencers to create exciting content for Facebook
Dives into account analytics, using Facebook and Ads Manager, to understand trends across advanced metrics for campaign, ad set, and ad performance.
Responsible for social media weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and tracking
Ensure all external communications and copy are in alignment with YogiLab
Applies statistical methods creatively to measure effects of budget adjustments, audience resonance, and content performance.
Identifies trends and patterns in the data, and strategically implements optimization methods to maximize ROI.
Stay up to date with influencers and content creators and partner with Influencer Specialist to activate influencers/creators
Brainstorm new and creative ways to amplify content and increase engagement
WHAT YOU’ll nEED
Educational requirement may be substituted with equivalent industry-related business experience.
Experience and superior knowledge in social media landscape, trends, networks and toolset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english including the ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback and is a solid verbal and written communicator
Prior experience interacting with influencers in a creative and compelling way preferred
Strong computer skills, including experience navigating the internet and using Mac and Windows-based software (Microsoft Office)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite programs (Photoshop and inDesign)
Strong understanding of social media communication styles on Facebook
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and/or in a diverse team environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a varied workload, to multi-task and seamlessly move from project to project
Online research skills with the ability to follow and track data relevant to the brand and consumer
